Sweet potato is rich in vitamins and nutrients with a silky and butter-smooth texture. We simply prepared the sweet potato in our hot stone oven in our Blue Coast's kitchen until tender.
The sweet delicate potato is puree with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and cold-pressed Extra Virgin olive oil. Finishing with chopped fresh green onion. A perfect side dish for two-person.
