HOW TO COOK FRESH RAVIOLI:
To cook fresh Ravioli, bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add in the fresh pasta, and then immediately begin to stir it gently so that the noodles do not stick together.
They cook up in about 6 minutes. They can take any number of sauces or just be great with a little butter and salt and pepper. Plus, you can freeze them for later.
