One of the best ways to cook cauliflower is to roast it. We simply prepared the fresh cauliflower in Blue Coast's kitchen with cold-pressed Extra Virgin olive oil, sea salt, and freshly ground pepper.
Carefully spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet without overcrowding. Bake at 425° in our hot stone oven. The cauliflower gets crispy on the underside developing a nutty deep caramelized flavor.
Finishing touch with well-aged Parmigiano Reggiano and chopped fresh parsley. A perfect side dish for two-person.
