New Mexico Spicy Bean and Vegetable Chili with Steamed Rice

A spicy New Mexico chili made with garden vegetables and white beans. The chili has been simmering in a dutch oven until achieves a  deep flavor deliciousness.       

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
  • heat everything in the microwave until heated through
    Or transfer into an oven-safe dish and wrap with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until heated through
