Crunchy peanut tofu stir-fried with olive oil and ginger. With bok choy and our house recipe of quinoa fried rice bring the Asian flavor to this delicious dish.  

 

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

  • heat everything in the microwave until heated through 
  • Or transfer into an oven-safe dish and wrap with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until heated through
